Madera, 20 minutes north of Fresno, is the home of our West Coast operations. It had been founded in 1966 in Yelm, Washington as “Wood Fabricators” to supply customers in the Pacific Northwest. With the growth of the business and an expanding customer base in and around California, the plant was relocated to Madera in 1989. It became Carris Reels of California in July, 1991 and moved to a larger, more modern facility in 1995.

DIRECTIONS
From Fresno Airport
Turn right onto Clinton Avenue and go across town 7 miles to I-99. Take I-99 north towards Madera to Avenue 12. Turn left and go west on Avenue 12 to Road 25. Turn right and go north on Road 25 to Almond Avenue. Turn right and go east on Almond Avenue. Carris-California is the second building on the right and just past the railroad tracks.
From Southern California
and Arizona
Take I-99 north through Fresno to Avenue 12 to Road 25, and follow the above underlined directions.
From Holiday Inn Express
Turn left on Schnoor and go south,, following Schnoor until it dead ends into Almond Ave. Turn right and go west. Carris-California is located on the southeast corner of Schnoor and Almond Avenues.
From Northern California
and Northern Nevada
Take I-99 south to Madera and exit at Cleveland Ave. Turn right onto Cleveland Ave. and go west to Schnoor (third stoplight). Follow the above underlined directions.
From Fresno Airport to
Holiday Inn Express
Turn right onto Clinton Avenue and go west across town to I-99. Take I-99 north to the Cleveland Ave. exit in Madera. Turn left on Cleveland and go west to Schnoor (third stoplight). Turn right on Schnoor. Holiday Inn is on the right hand side.
