Carris produces a family of plastic reels and wood/metal reels intended for the packaging of magnet wire.

This family of products includes sizes from 6" to 24" in plastic and up to 36" in wood/metal.

Weight capacities range from 15 lbs. up to 1000 lbs. Reels are designed to insure multiple uses for smooth, precision high-speed winding and trouble-free de-reeling.

Our 250 and 500-lb. plastic packaging are assembled using up to 10 bolts to provide consistent tensioning and preclude wire entrapment of smaller-gauge wire.

Our modular design enables cost-efficient component replacement through the multiple trips these packages will afford you.
